A bit of T&C

	I keep this simple and easy on your pockets.
	Maintenance:
:>	Each change or addition is R1 per change (addition or deletion) and has to be in word text or
	jpg/png format.
:>	Please provide high resolution pictures.
:>	I keep the changes simple and dirt-cheap.
:>	In order for me to be able to achieve this, I only do changes (maintenance) 1 day per month
	on the 25th of each month.
:>	Payment on the site starts when you are happy and ready to sign it off.
:>	Thereafter, changes and additions are viewed as maintenance.
:>	Ironically, one of the obstacles is actually collecting the information from clients.
:>	To keep it simple and not drawn out while you gather information, I
	only start working on the site when I have all your information.
:>	When I have all the information you want on your site, we start designing your website.
:>	For 1 week, you can have me make changes and nag me as much as you like.
	New Graphics
:>	The one part of a website that can take an immense amount of time and money are the
	graphics and images.
:>	I do basic graphics at no charge, however that is limited to the basics.
:>	Should you be short of your own ideas I ask that you go to Google, click on the images tab on
	the top of the page, and search.
:>	If you see light, writing or images in the background it is probably a copyright and you
	cannot use that. Right click and choose "similar" and new graphics will pop up.
